a bunch of us ex and current ge folk got together for justin unertls wedding this summer, which happened to be right near our house here in wisconsin. we decided to have a slumber party and eat a ton of taco bell, drink some spotted cow (or shift in our seats uncomfortably because we didnt want to vomit on anyone aka me and marcia), and talk late into the night. the day of the actual wedding, the boys went golfing, bethany and marcia helped me babysit keya because i was dying and trying to overdose on zofran, and then we all got ready and went to the wedding. it was fun, considering there were an obscene amount of knocked up ladies there and we stopped at erin hills in between the wedding and the reception which turned out to be a beautiful spot for drinks!

keya got real confused by the name "mama" for amit mama, but other than that, she had a blast with her favorite uncle and aunt-to-be! we also had fun relaxing with them, showing them downtown mke and eating ridiculous amounts of food, and we cant wait for their wedding next year - woohoo!

since i had a rough few weeks initally after i found out i was expecting again, my parents and jakes parents stepped up to help with our overly curious, energizer bunny keya sophia...thanks for the help guys!

A new baby!

Jake and I are thrilled to be expecting another nugget into the family!  We feel so lucky and blessed for our growing family!  Aside from throwing up and feeling miserable for the entire first trimester (and then some), the pregnancy has been great ever since I started feeling better.  I am starting to get some back pain again, but I have been able to exercise and keep active.

oh wow! i found a pen and drew all over my legs!

ayaan and keya up to no good im sure...

this summer was kind of a blur for us with not much going on. we came back from europe and had a fun couple of weeks back before i felt nauseous shopping. i instantly knew i was prego, but took some tests anyway and verified a tiny zygote living inside of me. the next 10 weeks were spent with me lying in bed in fetal position, only getting up to throw up. jake and keya tried to enjoy but it was so hot for most of the summer, we didnt do much besides play outside with water toys, with the sprinker in the little pool, or at the big pool in the neighborhood. fun!
